Specialising in individual parts and series components, we are an experienced high-tech service provider and a reliable partner to the top sectors of mechanical engineering, aviation, medical technology, shipbuilding, automotive and the printing industry.

We are an owner-managed family business with over 20 years of experience. Our qualified employees are just as important to us as our customers, with whom we work in partnership in the areas of production and assembly.

On a production area of over 3400 m², we manufacture in three shifts on state-of-the-art milling and turning machines according to customer requirements and produce high-quality components for the highest demands.

Our customers can be found both nationally and internationally.

Mechanical engineering

From a screw just one millimetre in size to a 3.60 metre long printing roller, whether filter systems, grinders or individual parts for vacuum chambers: We supply machined components or assemblies for a wide variety of industrial machines - worldwide.

Shipbuilding

As a contractor for internationally renowned shipyards, we manufacture seawater-resistant interior and exterior components for luxury yachts. Telescopic masts up to nine metres high (hydraulic or mechanical), roller drives or sun decks are part of our portfolio.

Aviation

We manufacture customised components and assembly elements that comply with „DIN ISO 9100“ specifications and safety regulations - we are a reliable partner to the aviation industry with many years of experience. Our structural components are installed both inside and outside, from the wing to the cockpit to the passenger cabin.

Automotive

Our customers are well-known manufacturers and suppliers from the automotive industry as well as agricultural and construction machinery. High technical standards, for example through the use of robot technology, make us internationally competitive and we already manufacture in series - from safety systems in construction vehicles to intake systems in racing.

Medical technology

Minimally invasive and highly precise: For the medical sector, we manufacture orthopaedic implants as well as instruments and components or assemblies for measuring instruments and other devices.

Printing industry

As a partner to the printing industry, we supply high-precision balanced roller bodies with anodised surfaces, which we manufacture, harden and grind on a special lathe with a bed length of 3,000 mm up to a diameter of 650 mm. Our rollers consist of up to 50 individual parts, which we assemble and deliver ready for installation.
