Everything from a single source: We are happy to manufacture and assemble customised devices, components, assemblies, prototypes and small and large series for all industries.
With our CadCam system (Edgecam and Esprit), we map the entire programming process chain. Thanks to professional project management, we guarantee constant monitoring of costs and deadlines throughout the entire project.
Around 30 highly trained specialists work on up to 34 machining centres in both the turning shop and the milling shop. This enables a production capacity of up to 70,000 hours in each case.
CNC turning
We manufacture individual parts and series in diameters of 0.5 to 850 mm with a length of up to 1,250 mm. By using bar feeders and sophisticated machine programming, we achieve a high level of efficiency with short tool life. Our turned parts are machined with driven tools in two clamping operations and can be coated and labelled in different ways.
CNC milling
Whether series products of varying degrees of difficulty, highly sophisticated individual parts, precision engineering dimensions or parts up to 3.60 metres in length - our milling department makes it possible. At our CAD.CAM programming control station for 3D machining, we read in your data in numerous formats and then create an efficient programme that takes all requirements into account. Thanks to 5-sided machining of up to 900x900 mm, which enables products to be virtually cast from a single mould, we achieve optimum results when implementing precise shape and position tolerances.
Prototype and fixture construction
Prototype needed? Our 5-axis simultaneous milling and turning centres guarantee short throughput times for your prototypes, samples or fixtures, even for the most demanding machined parts.
